I lost three lbs!

I started Weight Watchers again two weeks ago, last week I lost 3 lbs, I haven’t checked this week, but I don’t know if I lost anything. I am studying for my insurance license and stress isn’t the best factor in weight loss, but I have been trying to eat GOOD food, not junk. The only thing that I am having a problem with is cutting the soda. I only have one can a day, but I can’t drink diet (The nutrasweet gives me a migraine) and there is no coffee in the building after 12. And I need something to keep me going with all the reading and studying.

What I need to do is start exercising. I know I know… this is an excuse. But I am so exhausted by the end of the day that the last thing I want to do is exercise, and I already wake up at 5:30. After I get this licensing (Thursday) I am going to start!
